I tried to support a business in trying times by purchasing a pack of haircuts for someone as a gift. They can’t do it over the phone. I can’t buy it where I live as they are all independently owned . I guess I’ll go support a different business!

Went to get my son a haircut about 2 hours before close. There was 1 person sitting in the lobby & we were told they were no longer taking people because it was too close to closing. Really? So we drove down the road to another location with the same closing time. The waiting area is completely full & they are still taking people. The Bluestone location is completely ridiculous. The lady was rude & they had plenty of time to do a haircut.

Attempted to get my haircut there three times. Each time I went in two hours before close, and was told they were to busy to service me. Ok, I can understand that. Then on the fourth morning in a row, I attempted to call them. No one would answer the phone, except for an old school answering machine. Not a good way to impress a first time customer.
